We are heading to the
Board of Zoning Appeals for the
Northampton Crossing project this Wednesday. It had been a lengthy process but the planning department of Virginia Beach have been great to work with. We had a few hurdles to jump due to the widening of
Burton Station but I think we were able to accomplish a great deal with our design and packed a great project into a difficult site. We look forward to the project getting underway for construction. Here is a quick rendering of what we anticipate the project to look like.
